Jim Stanczak

Jim Stanczak was Executive VP and General Counsel at Epiphany Healthcare.  Epiphany, now owned by Baxter International, sells cardiology-management software to hospitals around the world. Prior to Epiphany, Stanczak worked for Philips Healthcare, serving as a Business Development Manager in EMEA, Canada, and Latin America.  

 

Stanczak holds a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Illinois; he holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University where he graduated with Honor.
