Meet Scout! He is a silly boy who enjoys playing with his best furry friend, running after tennis balls, and spinning for treats. Sabrina lives alone, so coming home to him after work is the highlight of her day. They sleep in bed together every night, but watch out – he’s known to drag the blankets off you when he’s ready to play.
One day, Scout was hit by a car and left bleeding in the middle of the road. He had broken bones and gashes and required extensive and expensive care, which Sabrina couldn’t afford.
After receiving the call that she was approved for a Compassion Animal Project grant, Sabrina couldn’t stop smiling and called everyone she knew to let them know her boy would get better.
